Manchester United are reportedly considering offering €40m plus Rasmus Hojlund for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
Manchester United are among the clubs interested in signing Napoli-owned striker Osimhen in the summer.
The Nigeria international is on loan at Galatasaray, but he will return to Napoli at the end of the season and be available for a €75m release clause.
Calciomercato.com reports that United are currently unwilling to match Osimhen’s transfer fee, but they are preparing an offer worth €40m plus ex-Atalanta star Hojlund.

Osimhen has played 19 Seper Lig matches this term, scoring 14 goals and providing four assists.
The Napoli-owned striker has also made seven appearances in the UEFA Europa League, netting six goals and providing one assist. Overall, he has contributed 20 goals and five assists in 26 matches across all competitions this season.
On the other hand, Denmark star Hojlund has had a challenging 2024-25 season with Manchester United, scoring just seven goals and providing one assist in 34 appearances across all competitions.
Repubblica reported in January that United were already interested in signing Osimhen in the January transfer window, but the striker refused to leave Galatasaray midway through the season.
Manchester United signed several Serie A players over the last few years, investing over €250m in new purchases from Italy’s top flight.
