Manchester United have added Everton attacker Iliman Ndiaye to their summer wishlist, according to the Manchester Evening News.

The Red Devils’ manager Michael Carrick wants to strengthen his options on the left side of the attack at the Old Trafford club.

Ndiaye has emerged as a potential transfer target, and Man United could look to lure the Everton star away from the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

It would be a blow for Toffees boss David Moyes if the Senegal international leaves this summer as the club have been trying to get him to sign a new deal.

However, the Man United target has been rejecting multiple new offers from Everton as the Blues look to reward him with an improved contract.

Ndiaye still has three years remaining on his current Toffees contract, and there is no exit clause.

The 26-year-old is asking for an exit clause that could be triggered as early as this summer to be included in the new deal before reaching an agreement.

The Red Devils will continue to monitor the situation but Everton are under no pressure to sell him anytime soon.

Despite primarily being a left winger, Ndiaye can also play on the right, as a number 10 and as a number 9.

His versatility is something Man United admire, and his ability to beat defenders with his bag of tricks could come in handy at the Theatre of Dreams.

The Red Devils need to improve in attack if they are serious about challenging for the Premier League title next season and impressing in the Champions League.

The Everton star will be a solid addition to their current options in the final third, and a move could appeal to him.

Man United are playing in the elite European competition next season, while the Toffees missed out entirely on continental football.
