Marseille enquire about Dinamo Zagreb defender Moris Valinčić | OneFootball

Marseille have made an enquiry for Dinamo Zagreb right-back Moris Valinčić (23), according to Gianluca Di Marzio.

The Croatian defender has emerged as a player of interest for OM, who have requested information from Dinamo regarding his situation. Valinčić has also previously been monitored by Serie A sides Inter Milan and Napoli, although neither club has yet made a formal move this summer.

Born in 2002, Valinčić has established himself as one of Dinamo’s standout performers and has already played an important role in the Croatian club’s European campaign this season.

Dinamo progressed past FC Thun in the Champions League qualifying rounds after drawing the first leg before securing victory in the return fixture. Valinčić proved decisive in the second leg, registering an assist before scoring the winning goal in extra time.

Marseille are continuing to assess their options in the transfer market as they look to strengthen the squad ahead of the new campaign.
