The Bundesliga is back, and the first two matchdays have already given us plenty to talk about. Instead of focusing on the usual stars like Harry Kane or Michael Olise, this article will focus on ten players who flew under the radar but still put up strong fantasy performances, all with under 10% ownership.

GOALKEEPER

Finn Dahmen, FC Augsburg – 10.72M, 7%:Dahmen is the top-scoring keeper so far with 551 points from two games. Against Freiburg and Bayern, he made a tonne of saves and even added nine accurate long passes. Conceding four goals didn’t stop him from putting up more than solid numbers for a goalie.

DEFENDERS

Louis Oppie, FC St. Pauli – 5.88M, 9%:Oppie has already gone up €1.58M in value thanks to a strong start. He averages 240 points through duels won and shots, and if he starts adding goal contributions, his upside gets even bigger.

Miro Muheim, Hamburger SV – 8.85M, 7%:HSV’s return to the Bundesliga hasn’t been easy, but Muheim has been consistent. He’s averaging 241 points through duels, and on top of that, he takes most of Hamburg's set pieces, giving him extra chances to add assists or goals.

Waldemar Anton, Borussia Dortmund – 11.52M, 7%Anton scored in the 3-3 draw with Pauli and has been steady across both games. He’s heavily involved in Dortmund’s build-up play, which helps boost his score along with his duel wins. Right now, he’s sitting at a 256-point average.

MIDFIELDERS

Mert Kömür, FC Augsburg – 5.58M, 4%The 18-year-old has quickly become part of Augsburg’s attack. He even scored against Bayern and is averaging 222 points after two games. For his price, he’s one of the best value picks available, though an injury has unfortunately left him sidelined for the time being.

Jakub Kamiński, 1. FC Köln – 5.96M, 7%Köln have started perfectly with two wins, and Kamiński has played a big role. With a goal, an average of 227 points, and a price rise of 1.26M, he’s proving to be a smart budget option.

Phillip Sander, Borussia Mönchengladbach – 7.08M, 2%Gladbach have struggled to score, but Sander has been a rare positive. He’s already on 397 fantasy points, more than teammates Stöger, Hack, and Honorat, who were expected to carry the attack.

FORWARDS

Danel Sinani, FC St. Pauli – 7.79M, 2%Sinani converted a penalty and picked up an assist against Dortmund and was heavily involved in Pauli’s attack in the Hamburg derby. He’s averaging 277 points per game, which makes him the fifth-highest-scoring striker so far.

Can Uzun, Eintracht Frankfurt – 8.15M, 6%Almost any Frankfurt attacker could be listed here, but Uzun looks the most consistent for now. Playing as the number 10, he already has two goals and two assists. A 277-point average and 1.65M price rise make him one of the best players in the game after two matchdays.

Marius Bülter, 1. FC Köln – 8.52M, 2%Bülter has been involved in four of Köln’s five goals so far, playing a key role in their impressive start to the season. He’s averaging 262 points and even outscored Harry Kane on Matchday 2, making him an excellent return for a player owned by just 2%.
