Memphis Depay celebrates 32nd birthday with Corinthians at ‘All Black Matrix’ party | OneFootball

Memphis Depay celebrated his 32nd birthday in São Paulo on Friday night, joined by friends, Corinthians players and staff from the club’s training base.

According to Meu Timao, the 2026 theme was All Black Matrix, inspired by the 2000s film franchise, with an all-black dress code, futuristic styling and cyberpunk nods. Players and members of the coaching team posted their looks on social media.

The 2025 edition was different. The No 10 staged a gala at Palácio dos Cedros in Ipiranga, and covered clothing costs for staff who lacked suitable attire.

It is not the first squad get-together this season. Early this month, after winning the Supercopa Rei, players, coaches and staff held a private dinner in a São Paulo restaurant, where president Osmar Stabile brought the Paulista and 2025 Copa do Brasil trophies, plus the 2026 Supercopa.

Focus now turns back to the Paulistão. On Sunday at 20:30, Corinthians visit São Bernardo at Primeiro de Maio in the final round of the group stage, and must win to avoid depending on other results.
