Manchester United host Leeds United at Old Trafford on Monday night, with Michael Carrick ruling out Patrick Dorgu and Matthijs de Ligt. According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, both remain in rehab and will not feature.

Danish winger Dorgu, 21, has been sidelined since a hamstring injury in January’s 3-2 win at Arsenal. He travelled with the squad to Dublin this week for an intensive training camp but continues individual work.

De Ligt is still recovering from a back problem and did not join the Dublin trip. He is behind Dorgu in his return programme.

In better news, Lisandro Martinez is available again after missing the last five matches with a calf issue. Harry Maguire serves a one-match suspension.

Diogo Dalot is reportedly expected to be available after illness, having stayed behind to recover, with goalkeeper Tom Heaton also unwell. Both missed the Dublin camp and, otherwise, United’s squad is in good shape.
