It's a draw that leaves a bitter taste for Milan Futuro, as they drew 2-2 against Sondrio on Serie D Group B matchday 28. The result hardly reflect the game as it was a match that saw Sondrio capitalise efficiently on the few attacking chances that they had, with the Rossoneri ultimately deserving the win. Twice in front, through Chaka Traorè in the first half and Geroli in the second. Twice pegged back with Kanta scoring the eventual equaliser just ten minutes from the end of the match. However, the performance still remains a positive one and can be shown to be valuable in the overall development of the side. There was great for Matteo Geroli, as he started after a long time and scored his first goal for Milan Futuro: another outstanding display from Emanuele Sala, captain and leader even in the most delicate moments of the match. Called into action at the last minute due to Karaca’s withdrawal during the warm-up, Dalpiaz once again stepped up following his move in January, he is becoming increasingly integrated into the team’s system. Now, it's time for the break, a chance for the team to catch their breath before the final stretch, which they come into in second place with 46 points, level with Chievo and nine points behind Folgore.

MATCH REPORT Our side started extremely well and went close to scoring through Chaka's free-kick which was denied by Uccelletti, before they then went ahead in the sixth minute: Sala's shot was blocked by an arm. Chaka converted the subsequent penalty from the spot. Sondrio tried to fight back through a header from Martinez before equalising in the 19th minute following a free-kick from the right: the decisive touch came from Longo, from two yards out. The visitors raised their level and ensured that it was 1-1 going into the break.
At the start of the second half, the Rossoneri went close to scoring twice through Cappelletti, who was denied from close range, and then Magrassi who missed from a good position. Oddo's side soon regained the lead in the 59th minute, thanks to a goal from Geroli, who finished off a well-worked move. Milan Futuro were in control until the 81st minute when a scramble in the area led to Cappelletti poking it home to make it 2-2. Sala had a final chance in stoppage time but put it over the bar.
