Alfredo Pedullà comments on the latest results and transfer moves in Serie A, highlighting that Luciano Spalletti has rediscovered the Juventus soul, while Milan still don’t have a striker worthy of their history.
Football Italia transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà shared his thoughts on the latest Serie A developments, on and off the pitch.
Juventus seem to be finally on the right track under Spalletti, having won six of the last seven matches across all competitions, including those against Bologna and Roma.

“The most important thing is that he not only gave the right mentality, but he also brought out the players’ souls. Juventus are no longer a team that goes wherever it wants; it’s a team that acts based on what the coach has instilled in them. That’s why he was able to bring out the players’ souls,” Pedullà said in his latest YouTube video for Football Italia.
“There are no useless players after five months of the season. There are statements, the players talk about him as if they were ready to throw themselves into the fire for him. What Openda said, what Bremer said. That’s why the coach is important. When everyone is on the same train, there are no more dead carriages. There’s a single train heading in one direction, and I think they can only get better.”

Milan are already active in the transfer market and will welcome Niclas Fullkrug from West Ham.
“Fullkrug is coming, but he’s not Van Basten. Milan don’t think in terms of major investments; they think in terms of loans, or, when they do spend money, they spend it poorly,” Pedullà said.
“Milan still don’t have a centre-forward worthy of their history.”
Milan have also been offered Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus for January.
“In my opinion, he’d add something more competitive to the team. If the player is in good shape. But why do Milan don’t have a striker worthy of their history?”
