After Nathan Zeze last season, Tylel Tati (17) is the latest centre-back to break through at FC Nantes. Unlike Zeze, however, who ultimately moved to Saudi Arabia in the summer, should Tati leave Les Canaris, there is a strong chance that he would remain in Europe amid significant interest from several European giants, according to a report from Foot Mercato.
Tati has been an ever-present under Luís Castro this season, starting 11 out of Nantes’ 12 league games. His breakthrough has been rewarded with a first professional deal, which runs until 2028.
Spanish media reported interest from Barcelona this summer, whilst he has also been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain. However, interest is intensifying.
As per Foot Mercato, Bayern Munich have made an enquiry for the defender. Juventus and AC Milan are also interested in Tati, whose price-tag has been set at €50m.
The France youth international will not look to force a move away and wants to continue his development in a familiar setting. A departure before the end of the season is currently not on the cards.
