Thomas Tuchel will be concerned over three England players ahead of World Cup
Newcastle were dealt an injury blow in their 2-1 defeat to Bournemouth on Saturday.
The Magpies were beaten late on after Adrien Truffert netted at St James’ Park, to follow Marcus Tavernier and William Osula’s strikes.
However, Eddie Howe was forced into a change for one key player for the Toon, while a half-time substitution heightened injury fears further.
Hall went off at the interval for the hosts, replaced by Kieran Trippier, while Livramento was sacrificed for Dan Burn later in the second half.
Anthony Gordon also missed the fixture entirely with a hip injury that could see him miss the trip to Arsenal next week.
While Howe allayed fears over Hall’s fitness, there was more of a concern over Livramento, which could leave Tuchel sweating.
“That was tactical,” Howe said of Hall’s substitution.
“For Tino that’s a huge blow for him and for us.
“With Anthony, we’re unclear. I don’t think it’s a long-term injury, whether he makes it next week, I don’t know. We’ll have to see how he goes in training.”
Newcastle’s defeat yesterday was their third straight loss, and sees them sit 14th in the table in what has been an underwhelming campaign.
For Bournemouth, meanwhile, who announced that in-demand manager Andoni Iraola would leave the club this summer, they are up to eighth, just one point off seventh-placed Brentford, who occupy the final European place.
