Brentford came roaring back after the interval as Kevin Schade levelled the scores before Igor Thiago added another from the penalty spot. 

The Brazilian wrapped up a comfortable victory with a third goal deep into stoppage time. 

Howe’s men face a difficult assignment on their return from international break as they welcome Manchester City to St James’ Park.
