Manchester United couldn’t continue their happy times after beating Manchester City as they were overpowered by the hands of Tottenham Hotspur in the EFL Cup quarter-final round. Their latest result indicate that they still have a lot of work to do to transform into a winning side.
Defence
Altay Bayindir got the opportunity but he was miserable between the sticks. No doubt over the return of André Onana as the gloveman.
The Portuguese think-tank should also make changes in his three-man backline. Leny Yoro and Victor Lindelof are likely to make way for Matthijs de Ligt and Harry Maguire with Lisandro Martinez being the only consistent name.

Midfield
Amad Diallo is likely to come to the right wing at the cost of Noussair Mazraoui while Kobbie Mainoo replaces Christian Eriksen in the middle of the park.
Manuel Ugarte was decent and will be retained alongside Diogo Dalot on the left flank.
Attack
Bruno Fernandes did offer his services in the middle of the park and created chances. He will have the company of Alejandro Garnacho to make progress in the final third.
Antony is likely to be sent on the bench as he failed to make impact on the game against Spurs while Rasmus Hojlund might get a bit lucky to retain his position in the starting lineup.
Luke Shaw (calf) and Mason Mount (leg) are also out of contention apart from Victor Lindelof, who suffered a blow and will not be available for selection.
