Dodò may leave Fiorentina, but Roma have not initiated any negotiations for the Brazilian right-back.

The departure of Zeki Çelik, who surprisingly moved to Juventus after failing to renew his contract, has made it necessary for Roma to find a reinforcement on the flanks.

Among the names linked to the Giallorossi in recent weeks has also emerged that of Dodò, a Fiorentina right-back tied to the Viola until 2027.

The latest updates, however, significantly reduce this possibility.

According to Alfredo Pedullà, the Friedkin family’s club has not initiated any negotiations nor had any contact with the Viola management to discuss a possible sale of the 1998-born player.

Despite the cooling of the path to the capital, the Brazilian’s situation remains to be monitored: barring any surprises, the full-back, who is also of keen interest from Napoli, is expected to leave Florence during this transfer window.
