With the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League set to kick off later this month and the transfer window now closed, Real Madrid have finalised their squad for the ‘League Phase’ of the competition.

Having learned their eight opponents for the first phase, Real Madrid have now finalised their squad list which is now available on UEFA’s official website.

The two new signings of the summer window, Kylian Mbappe and Endrick, have been registered as part of List A, along with the rest of the senior squad. Jesus Vallejo, back from a loan spell this summer, is also part of the list.

19-year-old goalkeeper Sergio Mestre is also registered as part of List A, as he would not be eligible to be placed on List B, having only joined the club this past summer.

A player may be registered on List B if he is born on, or after, 1 January 2003 and has been eligible to play for the club concerned for any uninterrupted period of two years since his 15th birthday by the time he is registered with UEFA – or for a total of three consecutive years with a maximum of one loan period to a club from the same association for a period not longer than one year.

As such, Real Madrid have as many as eight players on List B, made of youngsters coming through the academy.

These names include goalkeeper Fran Gonzalez, and defenders Raul Asencio, Jacobo Ramon, Youssef Enríquez Lekhedim ‘Yusi’.

Meanwhile, midfielders Manuel Angel, Antonio Moreno, and Chema Andres have also been registered, along with forward Gonzalo Garcia.
