Real Madrid will be looking for their second win under new manager Alvaro Arbeloa when they face AS Monaco in the UEFA Champions League at the Santiago Bernabeu on Tuesday.

Ahead of the game tomorrow, Arbeloa has announced the squad list of players available at his disposal for selection, with there being some notable absences.

While Andriy Lunin is back in the squad after missing the weekend La Liga clash vs Levante, Rodrygo Goes has not returned even though he trained with the team earlier today.

There are a couple of new faces called up in the squad as midfielder Dani Mesonero (pictured above) and versatile attacking midfielder Pol Fortuny are included by Arbeloa.

However, first-choice left-back Alvaro Carreras has also been excluded from the squad as he is suspended for the game due to accumulation of cards.

This leaves Real Madrid with Fran Garcia as the only left-back in the squad, considering Ferland Mendy is also out with injury. Trent Alexander-Arnold, Eder Militao, and Antonio Rudiger remain unavailable as well.

Dani Carvajal is the only natural right-back in the list, meaning Federico Valverde could fill in once again as a makeshift starter. Dean Huijsen, Raul Asencio, and David Alaba are the centre-backs available.
