Roma have confirmed that Tammy Abraham has joined Turkish Super Lig giants Besiktas on loan with an option to buy that will become mandatory under certain conditions.
Both clubs have confirmed the deal, which will see Abraham join on an initial loan deal ahead of what is expected to be a permanent move.
Besiktas have confirmed the full financial breakdown of the move.
Official: Tammy Abaham joins Besiktas on loan with probable obligation to buy from Roma.
Roma will receive a loan fee of €2m for Abraham’s services for the 2025-26 season, and assuming that the obligation to buy clause is triggered, they will receive an additional €13m paid in installments until the year 2030.
Abraham, meanwhile, will receive an annual salary of €6m in his first season, €6.5m in 2026/27, €7m from the summer of 2027 until the summer of 2029.
The Englishman leaves Roma after a four-year association that began in the 2021-22 season. The former Chelsea graduate netted a total of 37 goals from 120 competitive appearances for the Giallorossi, as well as a further 10 from 44 outings during his loan spell with Milan in 2024-25.
