Racing Club de Strasbourg have officially announced today that they have loaned defender Marvin Senaya (23) to Swiss side Lausanne. The Strasbourg defender has struggled for game time under Liam Rosenior, having made just one start in Ligue 1 this season and amassing a total of only 220 minutes on the pitch. With Guéla Doué clearly started before him in the pecking order with Les Alsatiens, Senaya has found opportunities hard to come by in recent months. This season, the right-back has only featured in 10 games for Liam Rosenior’s side. With his contract running until 2027, Strasbourg have opted to send him on loan to Swiss side Lausanne-Sport until the end of the season. The deal does not include a purchase option. The loan departure of Senaya marks the seventh of this winter for RCSA, following exits for Abakar Sow, Junior Mwanga, Sebas, Stefan Lukovic, Mamadou Ouotro, and Ali. GFFN | George Boxall
