The new name is that of Caisse d'Épargne Provence Alpes Corse, a club partner for 40 years.

The bank showed interest from the start of last season, and talks quickened in the spring after the presentation of new OM president Stéphane Richard.

“I think this sends quite a strong message to people who love OM, this place and this club remain attractive. Everyone knows we are in a recovery phase. When you start a difficult project, it is important to have your friends alongside you, and I am very happy we can announce this news at such a pivotal moment.” He told L'Équipe.
