Spring has come to Salzburg this week, and so are TSV Hartberg. On Sunday we are to host the Styrian side at the Red Bull Arena for our final home game of the regular season. Kick-off is at 17:00 CET, with Isa Simsek to referee the match against the fifth-placed team.
On paper, the odds are in our favour: we're undefeated in our 17 previous encounters with TSV, winning 15 of them. Furthermore, our home record in these head-to-head matches is flawless. However, Elias Havel and his teammates are having a very solid season, suffering only one defeat since the beginning of October and having earned the third-best points tally during this period – only LASK and ourselves have been more successful since then.

This might seem surprising when you look at their statistics: with the fewest shots, passes, crosses, and headed goals, plus the poorest tackle success rate in the league. Of course, our team is keen to put themselves in a good position for the crucial weeks ahead and, furthermore, to give head coach Daniel Beichler a positive home debut. His first match in Linz was already memorable, after all, as no coach has ever celebrated five away goals on their first appearance in the Austrian top flight.
Tickets are available in our online Ticket Shop, and we've broken down everything you need to know about visiting the stadium in our matchday information.

The win against LASK was important, and we can learn from a really good game. That match is behind us though, and our focus is on the next challenge against Hartberg. We'll have to work incredibly hard from the very beginning against them so that we can deliver a strong performance and get a good result. Therefore, we need to pick up where we left off. That's not just about the 90 minutes in Linz itself, but also about how the lads have been working in training this week. The overarching theme simply has to be that we have to work incredibly hard for everything and that nothing will be handed to us. It will be crucial to stay focused and remember that we still have a long way to go.

It's been an up and down start due to the coaching change, because something like that doesn't happen every day. Overall, I think it helped that I played the day after signing. It was short notice, but I got immediately involved. Everyone at the club also made it very easy for me. Our aim against Hartberg is clear: we absolutely want to win. We had a good start last Sunday, and we want to continue that. You really can't compare the two games though. If we can bring the same energy and power we showed recently back onto the pitch on Sunday, we can be successful.
