Celtic are pushing to sign SC Paderborn attacking midfielder Mika Baur for 2026-27, but Sky Germany reports that the club feel no pressure to sell, plan to begin the season with him and are prepared to risk losing him for free.
Baur, 22, is under contract until summer 2027.

He recorded four goals and three assists last season as Paderborn secured promotion to the Bundesliga.
Any switch to Glasgow would mirror Nicolas Kühn’s path. The winger enjoyed a fine 2024-25 campaign with Celtic.
