MIAMI – The 2024/25 Concacaf W Champions Cup group stage has come to an end, with four clubs advancing to the Finals of the competition to be played in May 2025.

Fans were able to witness great performances from all the players from all the clubs across the region, with eleven having outstanding performances.

Here is the Best XI from the group stage of the inaugural W Champions Cup:

Goalkeeper

Shelby Hogan, Portland Thorns – Hogan had 14 saves and allowed only four goals to help her team advance to the Finals.

Defenders

Jenna Nighswonger, Gotham FC – The defending NWSL Champions had three clean sheets, with Nighswonger leading in all of them, while also contributing with two goals.

Jocelyn Orejel, Club América – Orejel completed 12 clearances in three matches to contribute to the best defense of the tournament with only three goals allowed.

Karen Luna, Club América – In four games played, Luna contributed seven clearances and added one goal in attack to help América finish first in Group B.

Anika Rodriguez, Tigres Femenil – A key piece for Tigres, she provided two assists and one goal in four games played, while also completing four clearances.

Midfielders

Jaqueline Ovalle, Tigres Femenil – One of the best wingers in Mexico did not disappoint, getting 11 shots, three assists and one goal in her 271 minutes on the field.

Delaine Sheehan, Gotham FC – The star midfielder for the current NWSL Champions struck the ball two times into the net.

Sarah Luebbert, Club América – Named Player of the Match twice, the Missouri native scored three goals from 16 attempts, and provided one assist.

Forwards

Ana Dias, Tigres Femenil – The Portuguese sensation displayed one of the best performances in the final third, scoring four goals in three games.

Kiana Palacios, Club América The team captain got herself in the right place at the right time to score three goals. She also provided two assists.

Isabella D’Aquila, Portland Thorns – Stunning fans across the region with her goalscoring abilities, she delivered key performances to help her team reach second place of Group B, getting three goals and three assists.
