Palmeiras duo named in Brazil Women’s squad for FIFA Series 2026 | OneFootball

According to Nosso Palestra, Arthur Elias has named Brazil Women’s squad for the FIFA Series 2026, to be staged in April at Arena Pantanal. Palmeiras duo Raissa Bahia and Tainá Maranhão are included.

Brazil will play three friendlies, starting on 11 April against South Korea Women. The side then meet Zambia Women on 14 April, before finishing on 18 April against Canada Women.

The matches will give the coaching staff a competitive look at the group, allow tactical tweaks and provide minutes for different players.

The expectation is that the FIFA Series will strengthen the team during an important phase for the development of Brazilian women’s football.

All fixtures will be broadcast live on CBF TV.

Bahia and Maranhão’s call-ups also reflect their good form and the continued work under way at Palmeiras.
