Palmeiras fan wins apartment in draw, receives key from Paulinho and Leila Pereira | OneFootball

Leandro Mathias, a Palmeiras supporter, received the key to a new apartment from Paulinho and president Leila Pereira at half-time of the 1-0 win over Mirassol at Allianz Parque.

According to Globo.com, the property, worth R$ 500,000, was among the prizes on offer in the club’s Avanti Premiado promotion.

Mathias is on the Avanti Prata plan, paying R$ 46 per month, and has been in the scheme for two years, during which he had attended only one match.

As a Palmeiras Pay account holder, which boosts points for the promotion, he entered draws for TVs, smartphones, a motorbike, a car and the apartment.

The club invited him to watch from sofas in the Gol Norte, and the surprise was announced over the stadium public address on Sunday.

He became emotional and posed for photos with Paulinho and Leila to celebrate.
