Palmeiras ‘submit’ €25m offer to Wolverhampton for Jhon Arias | OneFootball

ge reports that Palmeiras have submitted a €25 million offer, around R$ 154.8 million, to Wolverhampton for Jhon Arias as they seek reinforcements for 2026.

Wolverhampton have indicated they are open to talks, and Palmeiras now await the player’s stance before attempting to conclude a deal. The Colombian is assessing the proposal and has not accepted it.

Fluminense retain a first-refusal clause on any sale. President Mattheus Montenegro has voiced interest in exercising that right, but would need to move closer to Palmeiras’ offer to enter the race.

Although the English window has closed, preventing an immediate replacement, this is not viewed as a barrier to negotiations progressing. Arias has long been on Palmeiras’ radar.

Bottom of the Premier League, Wolverhampton have eight points from 24 matches. Arias has featured 29 times for the club, scoring two goals with one assist.
