Paris FC's bid to sign Wolves midfielder Marshall Munetsi on a permanent deal appears to be stalling, leaving his future uncertain this summer. Reports in Paris suggest the chances of an agreement are low following his loan spell in France.

The Athletic reports Manchester United are considering academy product Sam Johnstone among several goalkeeping targets, with Altay Bayindir likely to depart during the window. Teamtalk says Aston Villa are monitoring Cody Gakpo's situation at Liverpool, who are not actively looking to sell, though that could change later in the summer.

Munetsi, a Zimbabwe international, spent the second half of the season in France after being deemed surplus to requirements by Rob Edwards. Wolves are expected to seek alternative options for him, and he has two years remaining on his Molineux contract.

United's list also includes Leeds keeper Karl Darlow, who is due to become a free agent at the end of the month. Both Darlow and Johnstone would qualify as homegrown, a quota United must consider for their Champions League squad.

Villa are one of several clubs linked with Gakpo, alongside Tottenham, AC Milan and Atletico Madrid, as interest grows across the continent.
