Parma miss out on Reyna after agreement with Borussia Monchengladbach | OneFootball

Parma had already started to lose ground on Giovanni Reyna and have now lost the battle, as he will have his Borussia Monchengladbach medical tomorrow.

The Ducali had targeted the USMNT creative midfielder over the last few weeks, but after some intensive negotiations failed to find a breakthrough, they began to turn towards other targets.

According to multiple sources including transfer pundits Sacha Tavolieri, Gianluca Di Marzio and Fabrizio Romano, Reyna has now decided to join Borussia Monchengladbach.

It means he will remain in the Bundesliga, leaving Borussia Dortmund in a deal worth somewhere between €2m and €3.5m plus add-ons, depending on the source.

The 22-year-old is set to undergo a medical with his new club on Saturday and put pen to paper on the contract.

His current deal with Borussia Dortmund was only set to run until the end of the season.

Reyna made 26 competitive appearances for the club last season, contributing six goals and an assist.
