Parma and Sassuolo have both made contact with Inter Milan over Valentin Carboni, as the Argentine starlet’s loan spell at Genoa appears to be nearing an early conclusion.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Parma have emerged as the latest club to enquire about Carboni, with Sassuolo also showing concrete interest in the 2005-born attacker.
The young Argentine has struggled to find consistent minutes at Genoa, limiting his opportunities to build momentum during the first half of the season.

Inter are already aware of the situation and have opened discussions with Genoa over a possible interruption of the loan.
The priority for the Nerazzurri is clear.
Ensure Carboni plays regularly during the second part of the campaign. And in an environment better suited to his development.
Both Parma and Sassuolo are viewed as viable options in that sense.
Each club can offer a clearer pathway to first-team football.
As well as a tactical context more favourable to Carboni’s creative qualities between the lines.
Inter continue to believe strongly in the Argentine talent and are determined to manage his next step carefully. With Carboni still very much part of the club’s long-term plans, the coming weeks will be decisive.
Indeed, in identifying the right destination to maximise his growth and value.
