Paul Pogba returns after four months as Monaco beaten 4-1 at Paris FC

Paul Pogba, 33, made his Monaco return after four months, coming on in the 69th minute of a 4-1 defeat at Paris FC.

His introduction could not halt the slide, with Luca Koleosho scoring for PFC on 71 minutes to make it 4-1, two minutes after Pogba arrived.

It was his first outing since 5 December, when he last featured in a 1-0 loss to Brest, and his fourth Ligue 1 appearance this season.

He had been sidelined by a calf problem and several planned comebacks were pushed back, according to L'Équipe.

The midfielder rejoined Sébastien Pocognoli’s squad last week to face OM, a match that ended 2-1, but he did not come on.
