Pep nominated for April's Premier League Manager of the Month award | OneFootball

Pep Guardiola has been nominated for the Barclays Premier League's Manager of the Month for April.

The City boss was one of only two managers to enjoy a 100% win ratio in April, but is up against six other candidates for the prestigious monthly prize.

The Blues beat Chelsea 3-0, Arsenal 2-1 and Burnley 1-0 in April and though we also saw off Liverpool (4-0) and Southampton (2-1), those fixtures were in the FA Cup and do not count towards this award.

Pep is up against Liverpool boss Arne Slot, who also oversaw three Premier League wins, Daniel Farke of Leeds United, Fabian Hürzeler of Brighton, West Ham’s Nuno Espirito Santo, Bournemouth’s Andoni Iraola and Vitor Pereira of Nottingham Forest.
