Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has made eight changes to the starting line-up for tonight’s Carabao Cup third-round tie against Bolton Wanderers at the Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners played out a 2-2 draw against Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday. They were 2-1 ahead in the opening half before Leandro Trossard was sent off.

Arteta will want his team to return to winning ways tonight. He has made eight changes to the starting XI.

Teenager Jack Porter starts in goal, with David Raya out with a minor injury.

Neto is cup-tied for the game, while Tommy Setford and Lucas Nygaard are unavailable.

Defenders Jurrien Timber, William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes are rested. Josh Nichols will make his debut at right-back.

Miles Lewis-Skelly makes his full debut at left-back with Riccardo Calafiori in central defence alongside Jakub Kiwior,

Thomas Partey and Kai Havertz make way in midfield. Jorginho will captain the side, with Declan Rice and Ethan Nwaneri partnering him in midfield.

ukayo Saka starts on the right wing, with Raheem Sterling on the left. Gabriel Jesus will lead the attack against the Trotters.
