Negotiations are progressing well between Bologna and Besiktas, as Ciro Immobile looks set for a return to Serie A.
There had already been initial talks late last week and those have intensified today.
The fresh contact between Bologna and the striker’s entourage was positive, and although it’s not a done deal yet, it is certainly looking good for a two-year contract.
Immobile effectively confirmed he would be very happy to come back to Italy for Bologna at the Stadio Dall’Ara this summer.

The 35-year-old spent most of his career at Lazio from 2016 to 2024, before moving to Besiktas for €2m.
In just one season in the Turkish Super Lig, he scored 19 goals with four assists in 41 official games.
Considering his salary is worth €6m per season, it is possible the player will get a bonus from the club to leave early and get that wage off their books.
There had also been strong interest from Fiorentina, who instead agreed terms with Edin Dzeko.
Immobile is well-travelled, having also played for the likes of Juventus, Pescara, Genoa, Torino, Borussia Dortmund and Sevilla.
