Premier League clubs rival AC Milan for Habib Diarra’s signature | OneFootball

As per a report from L’Équipe, interest in RC Strasbourg Alsace midfielder Habib Diarra (21) is growing with clubs in England and Italy making concrete steps.

Diarra has been a mainstay in the Strasbourg side once again this season under Liam Rosenior, making 17 appearances in all competitions scoring four goals and registering two assists in that time. Les Alsaciens therefore don’t want to lose the Senegal international but, given the calibre of interested parties, they may find it difficult to retain him.

Those interested parties are showing to be increasingly insistent in their approaches for Diarra. L’Équipe understands that Premier League clubs have made approaches, without citing the identities of those clubs. Mohamed Toubache-Ter has previously revealed an interest from Everton.

AC Milan are also showing concrete interest in Diarra and the Italian side could have money to spend come the end of the transfer window. However, for now, no club has made an offer for Les Alsaciens’ highly-rated midfielder.
