The pressure is on if PSG really do want to sign Yan Diomande this summer.

The Ivorian winger has been listed as their first choice in that position time after time – but the Parisians have yet to really engage with RB Leipzig over his transfer. That may need to change soon. TeamTalk are reporting that Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City are all interested and are ready to start pushing to sign Diomande.

PSG accelerate push for Diomande in face of Premier League interest

PSG’s biggest advantage here is that Diomande wants to join them. But even he won’t wait forever. This piece says that PSG club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has “taken personal control of negotiations” with Red Bull as he tries to get the deal over the line.

Luis Enrique backs the push for Diomande, and doesn’t want him loaned back to Leipzig, as the German club have suggested. PSG are willing to pay €110m to sign the brilliant youngster, but it’s not impossible that they’re outbid by a Premier League rival. Things might be about to get very interesting.
