The Juventus Women’s First Team enjoyed a good day out in Seregno, claiming a 2-0 win away to Como Women on Serie A Matchday 13 thanks to goals from Estela Carbonell and Paulina Krumbiegel.

After the game, Carbonell joined coach Massimiliano Canzi in speaking.

“It wasn’t the tidiest of games, but we took the points home. We played against a team who put us into difficulty with their counterattacking in the first half. We were more balanced after the break and we were intelligent in seeing it out. 

“The changes made the difference for us, as often happens, because the girls who came on did so with exactly the right approach and changed the game.

“From tomorrow we’ll start to prepare for Wolfsburg on Thursday, which is a game that carries the value of a whole season.”
