Luton Town host Bristol City this Monday at the Kenilworth Road Stadium for round 44 of the EFL Championship.

Luton Town have 43 points to their name this season and occupy 22nd position in the table. Last time out, Matt Bloomfield's team triumphed 0-1 against Derby County (EFL Championship 2024/2025).

Bristol City currently have 67 points and lie in 5th position. In their last game, Liam Manning's team won 2-1 against Sunderland (EFL Championship 2024/2025).

The last meeting between the two teams ended with Bristol City winning 1-0.

The Fan Zone

Ben Mead (Robins on Tour): After another terrific win on home soil, the reds are now in touching distance of confirming a play-off place, for the first time in 17 years, as they travel to Kenilworth Road on Monday. If results go our way and Liam Manning's side come away from Luton with all three points our play-off place could be confirmed to possibly finish off a brilliant Easter weekend!

However, it will not be easy. Luton Town coming off the back of a fantastic win away at Derby, to keep their survival hopes alive and the Hatter's will be well up for it, with just goal difference currently separating themselves and Championship safety.

City will look to build on their performance on good Friday. Ending the game with over 75% possession and 27 shots against a very good Sunderland side. It could be argued that without Sunderland's early red card, it may have been a different game. But Bristol City showed they could break down a really good Sunderland side in the second half and will hope to build on that on Monday afternoon.

If I'm being completely honest, I'm not entirely confident heading into the game. Our away form is nowhere near as good as our home form, and Luton have got themselves a lifeline after the win on Friday and will not let that go easily. However, if we play like we did on Friday, there's no reason we cannot bring another three points back to BS3!

Prediction: 1-1
