PSG approach Manchester City to explore potential Rodri transfer | OneFootball

Paris Saint-Germain are reported to have contacted Manchester City to enquire about the terms of a potential transfer for Rodri (30), according to information from RMC Sport.

Whilst the two-time European champions had not planned to sign a midfielder this summer, the prospect of securing the services of the Spaniard, who has just one year left on his contract, represents a genuine opportunity in the transfer market.

However, the move looks set to be a difficult one, as the player already has an agreement with Real Madrid and FC Barcelona are also said to have made him a target for their summer transfer window.

After a 2025-26 season marred by injuries, Rodri has regained his form and played a pivotal role in La Roja’s quest for the World Cup title. So much so that he was voted the tournament’s best player following a masterful knockout stage, capped by a standout performance in the final against Argentina.
