Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly joined Arsenal in the race to sign Real Madrid star Rodrygo.
According to ESPN Brasil, the Ligue 1 giants have contacted the 24-year-old’s representatives about a potential move.
Luis Enrique guided PSG to their first-ever Champions League title in May, defeating Inter Milan 5-0 in the final.
He now wants to bolster his squad and believes Rodrygo would be an excellent addition.
However, they face competition from Arsenal and Manchester City, who are both keen on the winger.
The Gunners are in pole position as the Brazilian has made it clear he would prefer a move to the Emirates Stadium if he leaves Los Blancos this summer.
Rodrygo has three years left on his contract at the Santiago Bernabeu, but Madrid are open to selling the forward.
Manager Xabi Alonso is expected to hold talks with Rodrygo after the Club World Cup, and he may decide to leave if assurances are not given.
Real consider the winger to be a valuable asset and will demand an enormous fee for him.
Since joining the La Liga club in 2019, Rodrygo has bagged 68 goals and 51 assists in 270 appearances across all competitions.
