PSG reach agreement in principle with €60m-rated Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho | OneFootball

Paris Saint-Germain have reached an agreement in principle with Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho (24), according to a report from Sports Zone. The outlet adds that the Red Devils would be willing to sanction the England international’s sale in exchange for a €60m transfer fee. Sancho signed a five-year deal with Manchester United in 2021 when the Premier League club agreed a €85m move with Borussia Dortmund for the winger. The London-born Sancho remains tied with United over a contract set to expire in 2026.

Sancho spent last season on loan at his former club, Borussia Dortmund, and caught the eye of PSG with his performances. Die Schwarzgelbe notably eliminated the Ligue 1 champions in the semi-final of the Champions League. PSG are scouring the market for a winger following the exit of Kylian Mbappé (25). Although Les Parisiens have reached an agreement in principle with Sancho, Sports Zone understands that the England international is not deemed a priority by PSG with the latter exploring other options. Paris Saint-Germain are pursuing a move for Rennes winger and Bayern Munich target Désiré Doué (19), with PSG submitting a €60m bid to their Ligue 1 rivals. Athletic Bilbao’s Nico Williams is also of interest for Les Parisiens.
