Puerto Rico, Haiti clash in Women’s U-17 Qualifiers

MIAMI – The Final Round of the 2026 Concacaf Women’s U-17 Qualifiers continues with Puerto Rico against Haiti in Group B on Tuesday at Costa Rica Federation Field #1 in Alajuela, Costa Rica.
In their last three encounters in the Women’s U-17 Qualifiers, from 2013 to 2018, Haiti has the lead in the series with a 2-0-1 record.
Puerto Rico enters the tournament in the Final Round as one of the four top-ranked teams in the region that received a bye past Round One.
Haiti arrives in top form, winning four consecutive games to top Group C in Round One. Les Grenadières created 17 goals as one of the top offensive teams in the opening stage.
All-Time series
Puerto Rico and Haiti will meet again in the Concacaf Women’s U-17 Championship after eight years. In their previous encounter in Group A at the National Stadium in Managua on April 19, 2018, Haiti came away with a 4-1 victory, with goals from Fléro Dina Surpris (3) and Melchie Daëlle Dumornay, while Isabel Cacho scored for Puerto Rico.
In the Concacaf Women’s U-17 Qualifiers, the two teams have faced each other twice, with one victory for each side:
