RABIOT: "AT AC MILAN FOR THE PROJECT" | OneFootball

Another special morning at Casa Milan: it's Adrien Rabiot's day. The French midfielder has recently joined his teammates in the last few hours after the international break, and is ready to take the pitch. Here's what he had to say in his official presentation live on Milan TV and on the AC Milan Official App.

DESIRE TO PLAY "I really want to play, I'm ready. I'm here to help out, so if the Coach puts me on the pitch right away, I'll do my best to help the team win on Sunday. I hope to play, but in the end, it's the Coach's decision."

POSITIONS "I think I can play in any midfield position. My preferred position is as a left mezzala, but I can also play in a two-man midfield, further up, or even just behind the striker."

SCORING RECORD "Over the last few years, I've scored around ten goals per season. I like to be in the box, and I will try to continue with that. I want to at least score ten goals, and then if I can score more, that's even better."

RELATIONSHIP WITH ALLEGRI "I've shared a lot with the Coach. When he joined Juventus, I immediately got on well with him. He is ambitious and wants to win. As well as being a great coach, he's also a great person, and I'm happy to be back with him at Milan."

THE SQUAD "I immediately got a positive impression. It's a team that wants to win with lots of young players who want to learn. There's a good mix between experienced players and young ones. There are so many new players, and we need to build a team in a short space of time. There's a lot of quality, and it'll be evident on the pitch."

AC MILAN AND SAN SIRO "I spoke to Maignan and Theo Hernández, and they spoke really highly of Milan. I also spoke with Allegri. It wasn't them who convinced me to join because I didn't need convincing to come to a great club like Milan, but it was important to hear their positive feedback. I'm sure I've made the right choice. San Siro is a stadium that is lucky for me, and I hope to achieve great things in the Milan jersey."

AMBITIONS "I'm hungry to win, to score goals and assists. I'm proud of my journey, and I'm here to help Milan win. I bring leadership and character to the table. I'm here to do something great at Milan, to bring us back to the Champions League and fight for the Scudetto. I will do everything to take this team as far as possible, and we'll see where we're at in February. For now, we need to work."

THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE "I could have signed for a team that would play in the Champions League, but without the ambition to win it. I prefer to be here with the aim of qualifying and playing in it next year. I could have signed somewhere else, but I want to achieve something great, and the Club's project is more important to me."
