They have been closely tracking the 21-year-old, who can ‘create something out of nothing‘, after his impressive rise since leaving Arsenal’s academy.
Cozier-Duberry enjoyed an impressive 2025/26 loan campaign with Bolton Wanderers, where he notched nine goals and 10 assists across all competitions.
Belgian giants RSC Anderlecht recently tested Brighton’s resolve with a concrete £5 million bid, but the offer was rejected.
West Ham United, Hull City, Paris FC and Red Bull Salzburg have been monitoring his situation.
Brighton are keen to persuade the former England youth international to commit his long-term future by signing an improved contract.
Having signed him on a free transfer from Arsenal, Brighton view Cozier-Duberry as a core part of their long-term plans.
However, his lack of guaranteed Premier League game time has left the door open for rival clubs to offer tempting first-team opportunities.
Rangers view Cozier-Duberry as an ideal fit for their style of play. With European football on offer and the prospect of high-stakes domestic competition, they believe they can help him continue to develop.
With Anderlecht’s rejected bid setting a baseline valuation above £5m, Rangers are expected to submit a formal offer in the coming days.
