Endrick is one of the few Real Madrid players who are yet to appear this season on account of injuries, joining a list that includes Jude Bellingham.
The youngster has been struggling with a thigh injury since late last season and has not featured in a single match so far. He was expected to return to action sometime in late September or early October.
However, it appears there is good news as far as the fitness of the Brazilian international is concerned.
According to journalist Alvaro Esteban, Endrick is going to be back in action sooner rather than expected, thanks to a speedy recovery.
Although the youngster did not mention when exactly he will return, recent reports suggest he could be back in the squad for the upcoming Espanyol game.

This comes after Endrick successfully completed a ground training session with the rest of his Real Madrid teammates.
However, Esteban does point out that Endrick will face stiff competition once he returns to the pitch and may even have to play out of position.
It appears the Brazilian himself knows that there is intense competition in his position, especially with Kylian Mbappe becoming an undisputed starter under Xabi Alonso.
Even when Mbappe is out of action, Gonzalo Garcia is a potential alternative for Alonso, while even Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo can operate in the role.
Keeping that in mind, Alonso sees Endrick playing on the right flank, where there is relatively less competition, with Franco Mastantuono and Brahim Diaz being the only real options. This is provided Alonso continues to play Rodrygo on the left flank.
