Former Real Madrid midfielder Guti has given his advice to young forward Endrick amid a challenging start at the club.
The Brazilian striker has struggled to find minutes and, despite being called up by Xabi Alonso multiple times, has yet to make his official debut.
Recently, the manager assured that Endrick will get opportunities in the future, but Guti believes the young talent shouldn’t wait too long.
Speaking during a DAZN broadcast (h/t Real Madrid Confidencial), the legendary Madrid player suggested that if playing time does not come, the January transfer window could be the perfect chance for a loan move.
“If he doesn’t get any opportunities between now and December, I think his best option is to leave so he can continue to grow.
“For a young player, the best thing is to get playing time,” Guti stated, emphasising that gaining match experience is vital for Endrick’s development.

Guti noted that Endrick is still warming up and that Alonso currently prefers players such as Rodrygo, Brahim Diaz, or Gonzalo Garcia, who were key figures at the Club World Cup.
“What could be decisive? Well, you never know. There are always injuries and moments where the coach bets on you, but that doesn’t seem to be his priority right now,” he added.
Despite the advice, Real Madrid are reportedly exploring a loan deal to give Endrick the chance to play regularly.
However, the Brazilian and his entourage appear hesitant, preferring to stay at the club and trusting that his opportunity will eventually arrive.
Regular game time is crucial for growth, and a loan could offer the ideal environment to gain experience while remaining part of Real Madrid’s long-term plans.
Endrick now faces a choice – wait patiently for his chance at Madrid or seize an opportunity elsewhere to accelerate his progress.
