Real Madrid are now preparing for one of the most significant moments of their new project as Jose Mourinho edges closer to his official return to the Santiago Bernabeu.
Following Florentino Perez’s re-election as club president until 2030, the long-anticipated managerial change is entering its final stage.
Mourinho has already signed his contract and is expected to lead the club into a new era after agreeing terms on a deal that runs until 2029.
While excitement continues to build, fresh information has also brought clarity regarding the composition of Mourinho’s backroom staff.

According to El Chiringuito TV, Real Madrid have scheduled Mourinho’s official presentation for Wednesday, June 10, when the Portuguese coach will formally be introduced as the club’s new manager.
The appointment marks the beginning of Mourinho’s second spell in Madrid, more than a decade after his first stint at the club came to an end.
His return has generated enormous attention, particularly given the expectation that he will oversee a major sporting rebuild aimed at restoring Real Madrid to the very top of European football.
The 63-year-old is expected to begin work immediately after the presentation, with preparations already underway ahead of the new campaign.
However, alongside the confirmation of Mourinho’s unveiling, another important update has emerged regarding his coaching staff.

Despite previous reports suggesting otherwise, the aforementioned outlet confirms that former Real Madrid defender Pepe will not be joining Mourinho’s technical team.
The news comes as a surprise given the growing belief in recent days that the Portuguese legend was in line for a return to the Bernabeu in a coaching capacity.
The possibility of Pepe working alongside Mourinho had naturally excited many, as the pair enjoyed a highly successful relationship during their time together in the Spanish capital.
Nevertheless, the latest information suggests Mourinho will move forward with different plans for his backroom team.
