Plenty of big names have been linked to Madrid in past week
That’s according to reports in The Guardian and Daily Telegraph, which claim that Los Blancos are set to offer the Bundesliga champions £130million for the Frenchman.
Olise starred in his second campaign in Germany, having signed for die Bayern from Crystal Palace two summers ago in a deal worth €60m including add-ons.
Now, Real are set to launch a swoop worth over double that sum, although that will only happen should Florentino Perez be re-elected as club president.
Perez, 79, called elections to happen this weekend after Madrid’s underwhelming campaign.

The La Liga outfit exited the Champions League to Bayern in the quarter-finals - with Olise netting a crucial goal in the return leg - and they ended the season with no trophy to their name.
They also lost out on the Spanish top-flight title to Barcelona, finishing eight points adrift of their fierce rivals.
Perez’s claim on Thursday is the latest of grandiose vows declared by the incumbent president and his rival candidate Enrique Riquelme, who insisted that he would sign Rodri and Erling Haaland from Manchester City should he win the vote.
That was strongly received by City, who threatened legal action against Madrid as a result.
"I’m going to make an offer to an important Champions League club for a great player that would be the largest amount of money that Real Madrid have paid for a transfer in all of their history. €150m (£130m) at the very least,” Perez said yesterday.
Perez has already leaked several ‘big signings’ as part of his campaign, practically announcing the return of Jose Mourinho as the club’s new manager to replace the outgoing Alvaro Arbeloa, and he also declared that defenders Ibrahima Konate and Denzel Dumfries had also been captured before their official announcements.
Should it turn out that Madrid are in fact willing to spend big on Olise, they could smash their transfer record to land him.
Currently, their record outlay was for another English-born player - Jude Bellingham - who they landed for £109million from Borussia Dortmund back in 2023.
