Real Madrid star returns to training after 6 months out | OneFootball

There was personnel news to celebrate in the latest training session held by La Liga giants Real Madrid on Friday.

This came after Éder Militão was spotted back in group activities for the very first time since the turn of the year.

Stopper Militão has for his part of course been sidelined since back in early November of 2024.

This comes after the Brazilian, just over a year on from suffering a ruptured ACL in his left knee, was condemned to another lengthy spell out of action by way of the same injury in his right knee.

Despite the devastating nature of the setback, reports had long pointed towards Militão enjoying a solid recovery, ahead of schedule in his efforts to return to the grass.

And as alluded to above, on Friday, such endeavours on the part of the former Porto man finally bore fruit.

This comes amid confirmation that Militão played his part in group training alongside the rest of departing boss Carlo Ancelotti’s squad at Valdebebas this morning:
