Real Madrid welcomed two players back from injury earlier this week for their game against Olympique de Marseille as Jude Bellingham and Eduardo Camavinga returned to the squad after lengthy absences.
Now, it appears that Xabi Alonso is set to be boosted by another player set to return from an injury layoff in the form of Endrick.
Indeed, according to MARCA, Endrick could return to the Real Madrid squad for the upcoming La Liga clash against RCD Espanyol.
Real Madrid returned to training on Thursday after a rest day following their win over Marseille, and Endrick trained without limitations with the rest of the group for the full session.
As such, there is expectation that the 19-year-old striker will at least make it to the squad list for Saturday’s home against Espanyol.

This will be the first time Xabi Alonso can count on Endrick, who has yet to feature under the new coach.
The former Palmeiras forward has been sidelined since late May with two consecutive muscular injuries. His first setback, in the right hamstring tendon, kept him out of the Club World Cup. He then suffered a relapse just when he was about to make his return to training.
As such, Endrick has not yet played a single minute of football under the new manager. But, having now trained fully with the group, the hope is that he can make his comeback as soon as this weekend.
However, gaining minutes will not be easy for the Brazilian, considering that Kylian Mbappe has been in imperious form since the start of the season and Gonzalo Garcia’s emergence has increased the competition in the No. 9 role.
