Real Madrid face Juventus this Tuesday in Miami with a place in the quarter-finals of the FIFA Club World Cup on the line.
The Merengues finished as the winners of Group H with seven points from three games – a draw against Al-Hilal and wins over Pachuca and RB Salzburg.
The Spanish giants go into the clash against the Bianconeri as favourites on paper, and will be looking to keep progressing in the tournament, with no room left for error.
While Xabi Alonso’s team is fully focused on their clash with the Italian side, attention is already turning to a possible quarter-final against either Monterrey or Borussia Dortmund.
In that context, Real Madrid are on high alert over Vinicius Jr., who faces a suspension threat heading into the Round of 16 clash.

The Brazilian forward is currently on a yellow card, picked up during the first group-stage match against Al-Hilal for simulating a foul outside the box.
As per FIFA rules, two yellow cards in separate matches lead to a one-match suspension at the FIFA Club World Cup.
It means that if the Brazilian international gets booked against Juventus, he would end up missing the quarter-final.
Vinicius is the only Real Madrid player at risk of suspension at the moment. Raul Asencio is back after a one-match ban due to the red card he received in the second game against Pachuca.
The cautions are not wiped until the semi-final stage of the competition and as such, Vinicius must be careful not to get booked on Tuesday, which could lead to his absence in a potential quarter-final tie.
