Joseph Junior Andreou Gabriel, born on 6 October 2010, started his football education at the academies of Chelsea, Arsenal, and West Ham before joining Manchester United in 2022.

This season, under coach Darren Fletcher, Gabriel has been moved to a centre-forward role, and the results have been remarkable.

In just six matches, he has already scored seven goals and provided one assist, playing a key role in helping United reach second place in the U18 Premier League.

European heavyweights battle for signature

For what it is worth, Gabriel’s strong performances have not gone unnoticed. Real Madrid see him as a player who could seamlessly fit into their youth development system and potentially evolve into a first-team player in the future.

Meanwhile, Bayern Munich and Barcelona have also been linked with the teenager, creating a competitive race for his signature.

Manchester United, recognising Gabriel’s talent, are taking steps to ensure he stays at the club. Reports suggest they have offered him a VIP box at the new Old Trafford and are preparing a professional contract once he turns 17 in 2027.

At only 15, it is said that JJ Gabriel has impressed with his goal-scoring instincts, technical skill, and vision on the field.

If he continues developing at this rate, he could become a major star in European football.

For Real Madrid, now known for nurturing young talent, he could be the perfect addition to their academy, setting the stage for a future first-team breakthrough.
