Real Sociedad set for gala welcome on arrival at Anoeta | OneFootball

Real Sociedad face their most important week of the season, with a Copa del Rey semi-final derby against Athletic, and will be met by a gala welcome at Anoeta. The team coach will follow a familiar route for the third time.

According to AS, the arrival will come downhill from the Hospitals area. The coach will turn at the first roundabout and head along the Txuri Urdin straight, the first reception stretch up to Paco Yoldi.

From there, the bus will circle the Miniestadio de Anoeta perimeter before the final approach. The second stretch begins after skirting the Miniestadio and passing the Velódromo Antonio Elorza, where the most intense part of the welcome begins.

About 200 metres will then remain to the stadium, and the coach will enter via the south car park at Gate 17. That completes the planned route.

To build the atmosphere earlier, the club have organised Topagunea, an all-ages entertainment zone on the esplanade beside Gate 13. It will offer live music and food trucks serving food and drink.

Opening hours are 17:00 to 21:00 and 23:00 to 01:00.
